Our Story

Built on the Square,

Marioochi's Pizzeria On The Square isn't a franchise. We're not expanding to twelve locations. We're one oven, one team, and one square in Sparta — and we intend to stay exactly like that.

Every dough ball is hand-stretched. Every sauce is made from whole San Marzano tomatoes. Every cheese is real, not the pre-shredded kind that fights you. We learned early that shortcuts only save time you'll never get back.

Our customers aren't strangers passing through. They're the people who wave from the park, who bring their kids for their first slice, who've been eating here longer than some of our regulars have been alive. That matters to us. That's the whole point.
